Main Tabs (Upper Section)
The upper tab section contains three primary tabs that control the core work order data.
Details Tab
The Details tab shows the work description, custom fields, and job information. This is where you review or edit the scope of work, add internal notes, and see the work order's full description as entered during creation or updated later.
Schedules Tab
The Schedules tab displays all scheduling assignments for this work order. You can see which service providers are assigned, the scheduled start and finish times, and the dispatch status. Use this tab to add additional schedules, reassign the job, or adjust timing. If the work order has not been scheduled yet, you can create the first schedule here by assigning a service provider and setting the date and time.
Invoice Tab
The Invoice tab manages the work order's line items and financial summary. Add products and services, set quantities and rates, and view the calculated totals including subtotal, tax, and grand total. Below the line items, you see the amount received and balance due. This tab also includes a Get Paid button for recording payments.
Bottom Tabs (Lower Section)
The lower tab section provides access to additional work order data and supporting records.
Payments Tab
View and record payments against this work order. See payment dates, amounts, and methods. Use this tab to track partial payments and verify the outstanding balance.
