Get a real-time overview of your business from the FieldPromax dashboard. View key statistics, monitor service provider activity, track work order statuses, and customize your dashboard with drag-and-drop widgets.
Before you start:
- You must have an Administrator role to customize the dashboard layout.
- Service providers see a simplified version of the dashboard based on their permissions.
How to Access
Navigate to Dashboard from the main menu. The dashboard loads automatically with your saved widget configuration.
Dashboard Widgets
The dashboard is built from customizable widgets that you can add, remove, resize, and rearrange. Available widgets include:
- Work Orders Stats — a real-time overview of open, in-progress, completed, and closed work orders with revenue tracking. This is the largest default widget, spanning the full width of the dashboard.
- Closed Orders — revenue trends from closed orders over time, displayed as a chart showing daily, weekly, or monthly totals.
- Service Requests — a compact overview of daily service requests received through the customer portal.
- Estimates — overview of approved and pending estimates with total values.
- Service Provider Status — current activity status of all service providers (Available, In Route, In Process, Off Duty), with the ability to click for more detail.
- Schedules — schedule visit completion overview displayed as a donut chart showing completed versus pending visits.
- Days Off — employee time off schedule with calendar and list views for the current week.
- User Activity — real-time log of user actions and activity tracking across the system.
Customize Your Dashboard
- Click the Add Widget button in the dashboard header.
- The widget selector modal opens, showing all available widgets with descriptions.
- Click the widget you want to add. It appears on the dashboard in its default size and position.
- Drag the widget to your preferred position on the grid.
- Resize the widget by dragging its edges. Each widget has minimum and maximum size constraints.
- Your layout is saved automatically.
Result: The dashboard reflects your personalized layout. Each time you log in, you see the same configuration.
Search Bar
The dashboard includes a global search bar that lets you quickly find work orders, customers, or other records without navigating away from the dashboard. Type your search term and select from the results.
Filtering and Date Ranges
Several widgets support date range filtering:
- Click the date range selector on a widget (if available).
- Select a preset range (Today, This Week, This Month) or enter custom dates.
- The widget data updates to reflect the selected period.
Tip: Start each day by reviewing the Work Orders Stats widget to see how many open jobs need attention and the Service Provider Status widget to confirm your team is active.
Widget Details
Click on any statistic or chart element within a widget to see more detail. For example, clicking the "Open" count in the Work Orders Stats widget opens a modal listing all open work orders. Clicking a service provider in the Service Provider Status widget shows their current assignments and location.
