Download the Field Promax Plus mobile app, log in with your FieldPromax credentials, and complete the first-time setup so you are ready to manage work orders from the field.
Before you start:
- You need an active FieldPromax account. If you have not set one up yet, see Setting Up Your Account.
- Your device must run iOS 14+ or Android 8.0+ for the best experience.
Download the App
- Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your mobile device.
- Search for "Field Promax Plus".
- Tap Install (Android) or Get (iOS) to download and install the app.
- Wait for the installation to complete, then tap Open to launch the app.
Result: The Field Promax Plus app opens to the login screen.
Log In
- On the login screen, enter the Email address associated with your FieldPromax account.
- Enter your Password.
- Tap Sign In.
Result: You are taken to the mobile dashboard, which shows your assigned work orders for the day.
First-Time Setup
After logging in for the first time, the app may prompt you to grant certain permissions:
- Location Services — required for GPS tracking, clock-in location stamps, and the map view. Select Allow While Using App or Always Allow for background tracking when clocked in.
- Camera — needed for taking job site photos, scanning barcodes, and capturing customer signatures.
- Notifications — enables push notifications for new work order assignments, schedule changes, and dispatch alerts.
Grant all requested permissions to get the full functionality of the app. You can adjust these later in your device settings.
Tip: If you enable background location access, your GPS coordinates are recorded automatically while you are clocked in. This provides administrators with accurate route tracking without requiring you to interact with the app.
Password Reset from Mobile
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the app:
- On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Tap Send Reset Link.
- Check your email for the password reset link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
- Return to the app and log in with your new password.
Switching Accounts
If you need to log in with a different account, tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) and select Log Out. You are returned to the login screen where you can enter different credentials.
