View a customer's complete history including work orders, estimates, payments, notes, and documents from a single detail page.
Before you start:
- You need at least one customer record. See Adding & Managing Customers to create one.
How to Access
Navigate to Customers in the left sidebar, then click on any customer name in the list. This opens the customer detail page.
Customer Detail Page Overview
The customer detail page has two main sections. The top section displays the customer header with key information at a glance, and the bottom section provides tabbed access to detailed records.
Header Section
The header shows the customer name, a Customer badge, and quick-action buttons for Create Work Order, Create Estimate, and the Actions dropdown menu. Below the header, four information cards display:
- Business Metrics — open orders count and revenue, closed orders count and revenue, estimates value (open/closed), and current balance
- Service Address — the location where work is performed
- Billing Address — the address used for invoicing
- Contact Info — name, company, phone, mobile, and email with clickable links
