Manage your FieldPromax subscription from the Subscriptions page. View your current plan details, compare available plans and their features, upgrade or downgrade your subscription, update your payment method, and review your billing history.
Before you start:
- You must be logged in as the account Owner or an Administrator with billing permissions.
- Have a valid credit card ready if you plan to upgrade or update your payment method.
How to Access Subscriptions
- Click your profile icon or account menu in the top-right corner of the FieldPromax dashboard.
- Select Subscriptions from the dropdown menu.
Result: You are taken to the Subscriptions page, which displays your current plan, billing details, and available plan options.
Viewing Your Current Plan
The Subscriptions page shows the following details about your active plan:
- Plan Name — The name of your current subscription (for example, "Field Promax Standard").
- Plan Cost — The monthly or annual price you are paying.
- Plan Renewal Date — The date when your subscription will automatically renew.
- Number of Users — The maximum number of users included in your plan. Each plan supports a specific user count parsed from the plan description.
Comparing Available Plans
FieldPromax offers multiple subscription tiers with different feature sets and user limits. To compare plans:
- On the Subscriptions page, scroll down to the Available Plans section.
- Review each plan's name, price, billing interval (monthly or yearly), number of included users, and feature description.
- Plans marked as Popular (typically the Standard plan) are highlighted to help you identify the best value.
- Archived plans (no longer available for new signups) appear as disabled.
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
- On the Subscriptions page, find the plan you want to switch to.
- Click the Select Plan or Upgrade button next to the desired plan.
- Review the pricing change. If upgrading, the prorated difference may be charged immediately. If downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
- Confirm your selection.
Result: Your subscription is updated to the new plan. The change is reflected on the Subscriptions page with the updated plan name, cost, and renewal date.
Important: Downgrading to a plan with fewer users may require you to deactivate users that exceed the new plan's limit. Review your user count before downgrading to avoid access issues for your team.
Updating Your Payment Method
- On the Subscriptions page, locate the Payment Method section.
- Click Update Payment Method.
- Enter the new credit card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address.
- Click Save to update.
Result: Your payment method is updated and will be used for future billing cycles. The previous card is replaced.
Viewing Billing History
To review past invoices and payments:
- On the Subscriptions page, scroll to the Billing History section.
- View past charges with dates, amounts, and payment status.
- Click on any billing entry to see more details or download a receipt.
Trial Subscriptions
