Cancelling your account is easier than starting one: send us an email or give us a call and we take care of the rest. This page covers the request, the data that is removed, and what to export first.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all data associated with it (including work orders, customers, invoices, estimates, timecards, and reports) cannot be recovered. Export any data you need before requesting deletion.
How to Request Account Deletion

- Include your account email address and company name for verification.
- The team verifies your identity and confirms the request.
Result: Your account is closed and your subscription is cancelled — no further charges. Your data is permanently deleted within 90 days of the request.
Note: Only the main administrator of the account may request to cancel an account.
Export Your Data First
- Reports — open the Reports section, select a report and date range, and click Export Excel Copy. Pay special attention to customer lists, work order histories, and timecard data.
- PDFs — for estimates, work orders, or invoices, open the item and select Actions → Download PDF.
Removing Specific Data Without Deleting the Account
- Clear location data (mobile) — in the Field Promax Plus app, open the menu and select Privacy → Clear location data.
- Delete a user — the main administrator can remove users from the web application under Settings → Manage Users.
- Delete images and documents — remove them from the individual work orders where they were uploaded.
Privacy
FieldPromax does not share your data with third-party organizations. Payment records held by processors such as Stripe are subject to their own retention policies. See the privacy policy for details.
