Estimate Settings

Configure email notifications for estimate approvals, import estimates from QuickBooks, and set up additional notification recipients.

How to Access

Navigate to SettingsCompanyEstimates Config.

QuickBooks Estimate Sync

If your company uses QuickBooks Online, you can import estimates from QuickBooks into FieldPromax.

  1. Toggle Import Estimates from QuickBooks to enable or disable estimate syncing.

Result: When enabled, estimates created in QuickBooks Online are synced into FieldPromax during the next data sync. This option only appears if your company is connected to QuickBooks Online.

Email Notifications

When a customer approves an estimate, the main administrator of your company automatically receives an email notification. You can add additional recipients to receive these notifications.

  1. In the Email additional recipients field, enter one or more email addresses.
  2. Separate multiple email addresses with a semicolon (for example, "manager@company.com;sales@company.com").

Result: All listed email addresses receive a notification whenever a customer approves an estimate.

Tip: Add your sales manager's email here so they are immediately notified when a customer approves an estimate. This allows your team to quickly convert approved estimates into work orders.

Saving Your Changes

  1. After making changes, click Save Changes in the toolbar.
