Choose which page users see first when they sign in to FieldPromax. Set the default startup page to match your team's most common workflow.
Before you start:
- You must be logged in as an administrator.
How to Access
Navigate to Settings → Company → Startup Page Config.
Setting the Default Startup Page
- Under Default Startup Page, select a page from the dropdown list.
- Click Save Changes.
Available options include the Dashboard, Open Work Orders, Calendar, Dispatch, and other primary views. The dropdown lists all pages that can serve as a landing page.
Result: When any user signs in to FieldPromax, they are taken directly to the selected page instead of the default open work orders list.
Tip: If your dispatchers spend most of their time on the calendar, set the startup page to the Calendar view. If your office staff primarily manages work orders, keep it set to Open Work Orders. Choose the page that saves your team the most clicks.
How It Works
The startup page setting applies company-wide. All users who sign in see the same default page. Individual users can navigate away immediately after login, but the initial landing page is always the one you configure here.
