Configure your company name, address, phone number, timezone, currency, and date format. This information appears on all customer-facing documents including invoices, estimates, and PDFs.
Before you start:
- You must be logged in as an administrator.
How to Access
Navigate to Settings → Company → Info.
Company Details
The Company Details section contains your core business information. Fill in each field to ensure your invoices and documents display the correct information.
- Enter your Company Name as you want it to appear on documents.
- Enter your business Phone number.
- Enter your street Address.
- Fill in the City, State, and Postal Code fields.
- Select your Country from the dropdown list.
Result: Your company details are displayed on all PDFs, invoices, and estimates generated by FieldPromax.
Regional Settings
Regional settings control how dates, times, and currency are displayed throughout the application.
- Select your Time Zone from the dropdown. This controls how scheduled times are displayed for all users.
- Choose your Currency Symbol (for example, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD). This symbol appears on all pricing and invoice totals.
- Select your preferred Date Format (for example, MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY).
Tip: Set your timezone before creating schedules. Changing the timezone later does not retroactively adjust existing schedule times.
Accounting Integration
If you use QuickBooks Online or Xero, you can connect your account directly from this page. The integration buttons appear in the toolbar at the top of the page.
- QuickBooks Online users — click the Connect to QuickBooks button and sign in with your Intuit credentials.
- Xero users — click the Connect to Xero button and authorize FieldPromax.
Once connected, a disconnect button also appears in the toolbar, allowing you to remove the integration if needed.
Saving Your Changes
- After making changes, the Save Changes button in the toolbar becomes active.
- Click Save Changes to save your updates.
Result: A confirmation appears and your settings are saved immediately.
