Campaign Analytics

Track the performance of your broadcast campaigns and drip sequences with detailed delivery metrics, open rates, click-through rates, and per-step engagement data. Use these insights to refine your marketing strategy and improve results over time.

Before you start:

  • You must have sent at least one broadcast campaign or have an active drip sequence to see analytics data.

How to Access

Navigate to MarketingEmail MarketingSettings (gear icon) → Analytics.

Campaign Analytics Overview

The Campaign Analytics page displays a header with the title, subtitle ("Track email campaign performance and delivery metrics"), and a Refresh button to reload the latest data.

Filtering Campaigns

  1. Use the Search field to find campaigns by name, subject line, or audience.
  2. Filter by Status using the dropdown: All, Completed, In Progress, Queued, or Failed.
  3. Filter by Date Range: All Time, Today, This Week, or This Month.

Campaign Table

The analytics table displays one row per campaign with the following columns.

  • Campaign — the campaign name, subject line, and internal ID.
  • Audience — the audience count and number of recipients.
  • Email Attribution — attribution data linking campaign activity to business outcomes.
  • Status — a color-coded badge (Completed, In Progress, Queued, or Failed).
  • Performance — delivery and engagement metrics for the campaign.
  • Date — when the campaign was sent.

Drip Sequence Analytics

Drip sequences have their own dedicated analytics view that provides deeper insight into how customers progress through each step of the sequence.

Sequence Summary Stats

The top of the drip analytics page displays four summary cards in a grid layout.

  • Total Enrollments (blue) — the number of customers who entered the sequence.
  • Completion Rate (green) — the percentage of enrolled customers who received all emails.
  • Avg Engagement (purple) — the average engagement rate across all sequence emails.
  • Active Now (orange) — the number of customers currently progressing through the sequence.

Enrollment Status Breakdown

Below the summary cards, progress bars show how enrolled customers are distributed across statuses.

  • Active (blue bar) — customers currently receiving emails in the sequence.
  • Completed (green bar) — customers who have received all emails.
  • Unsubscribed (red bar) — customers who opted out during the sequence.

Tip: A high unsubscribe rate on a specific step may indicate the email content or frequency needs adjustment. Review the per-step performance table to identify which email is causing drop-off.

Email Performance by Step

The per-step performance table breaks down metrics for each email in the sequence.

  • Step — a numbered badge indicating the email's position in the sequence.
  • Email Name — the internal name of the email step.
  • Sent — the number of emails delivered for this step.
  • Open Rate — the percentage of recipients who opened the email, shown with a progress bar.
  • Click Rate — the percentage of recipients who clicked a link, shown with a progress bar.

Send Log

For a granular view of every individual email sent, switch to the Send Log tab on the main Email Marketing page. Each entry shows the recipient, subject line, send date, and delivery status. Use the send log to troubleshoot delivery issues for specific customers.

Using Analytics to Improve Campaigns

  • Low open rates? Test different subject lines. Keep them short, specific, and action-oriented.
  • Low click-through rates? Make your calls to action more prominent and ensure the content is relevant to the audience segment.
  • High unsubscribe rates? Reduce send frequency or improve audience segmentation so customers only receive content relevant to them.
  • Failed campaigns? Check that your sender is verified and your audiences contain valid email addresses.
