Google Review Settings

Automatically send your Google Review link to customers via text message when a work order is closed. Build your online reputation with minimal effort.

Before you start:

  • You must be logged in as an administrator.
  • You need your Google Business Profile review link. You can find this in your Google Business Profile dashboard.
  • Text message service should be enabled for this feature to send SMS.

How to Access

Navigate to Settings → Company → Google Review Config.

Enabling Google Reviews

  1. Toggle Enable Google Review link to activate the feature.
  2. Paste your Google Review link into the Google Review Link field.
  3. The system validates the URL format. A green check mark indicates a valid URL; a red X indicates an invalid format.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Result: When a work order is closed, FieldPromax automatically sends a text message to the customer's mobile number with your Google Review link.

Testing Your Link

  1. After entering the link, click the Test link button (external link icon) to open it in a new browser tab.
  2. Verify that the link takes you to your Google Business Profile review page.
  3. Use the Copy button to copy the link to your clipboard for use elsewhere.

Tip: To find your Google Review link, search for your business on Google, click "Write a review," and copy the URL from the address bar. Alternatively, go to your Google Business Profile dashboard and look for the "Get more reviews" link.

How It Works

The review request is sent automatically when a work order is closed via Post and Close. The text message goes to the customer's mobile phone number on file. If the customer does not have a mobile number, no message is sent.

This feature works alongside your other text message notifications. Ensure you have the text message service enabled in your Text Message Settings.
