Configure the customer-facing service request form that allows customers to submit work requests directly from your website. Set up email notifications and copy the form link to embed on your site.
Before you start:
- You must be logged in as an administrator.
How to Access
Navigate to Settings → Company → Service Request Config.
Service Request Link
FieldPromax generates a unique service request link for your company. Customers who visit this link see a form where they can submit service requests with their contact information and a description of the work needed.
- Copy the Service Request Link displayed on the page by clicking the copy button next to the URL.
- Paste this link on your company website, in email signatures, or anywhere customers can access it.
Result: When a customer fills out and submits the service request form, a notification is sent to your administrator and any additional recipients you configure. You can then review the request and create a work order from it.
Tip: Add the service request link to your website's "Request Service" or "Contact Us" page. This allows customers to submit requests 24/7, even outside your business hours.
Email Notifications
When a service request is submitted, the main administrator automatically receives an email notification. You can add additional people to receive these notifications.
- In the Email additional recipients field, enter one or more email addresses.
- Separate multiple addresses with a semicolon (for example, "dispatch@company.com;manager@company.com").
- Click Save Changes.
Result: All listed recipients receive an email whenever a new service request is submitted through the form.
