Email Campaigns

Send one-time broadcast emails to targeted customer audiences directly from FieldPromax. You can compose rich-text emails with merge tags, select your audience, and track delivery through the send log.

Before you start:

  • Activate email marketing and verify your sender identity in Audiences & Verification.
  • Create at least one audience with customers added to it.

How to Access

Navigate to MarketingEmail Marketing. The page opens on the Broadcasts tab (sky blue indicator).

Understanding the Email Marketing Tabs

The Email Marketing page is organized into six tabs, each with a color-coded indicator for quick identification.

  • Broadcasts (sky blue) — one-time email campaigns you send to an audience.
  • Workflows (emerald green) — automated event-triggered emails (for example, after a work order is completed).
  • Sequences (rose/pink) — multi-step drip sequences that send emails on a schedule.
  • Send Log (slate gray) — a detailed history of every email sent from your account.
  • Settings (gear icon) — eight sub-sections including Dashboard, Sender Verification, Teammates, Email Setup, AI Setup, Email Dashboard, Audiences, and Analytics.

The Create Broadcast button appears on the right side of the page when you are on the Broadcasts tab.

Create a Broadcast Campaign

  1. Click the Create Broadcast button on the Broadcasts tab.
  2. Enter a Campaign Name in the creation modal (this field is required).
  3. Optionally add a Description to help you identify this campaign later.
  4. Click Create Campaign to proceed to the editor.

Result: The broadcast opens in a two-column editor layout where you configure all campaign details.

Configure Campaign Details

The editor uses a two-column layout. The left column (one-third width) contains campaign settings, and the right column (two-thirds width) contains the email content editor.

Left Column: Campaign Settings

  1. Review or update the Campaign Name and Description in the Campaign Details card.
  2. In the Sender Settings card, select a verified sender from the From dropdown.
  3. In the Audience card, use the Audience Selector to choose which customer segment receives this email. You can also select Create Custom Audience to build a new segment on the spot.

Right Column: Email Content

  1. Enter a Subject Line (required).
  2. Compose your email body using the rich text editor. The body must contain at least 10 characters.
  3. Use merge tags to personalize your email. Available tags include {{CustomerName}}, {{CompanyName}}, and others that automatically insert customer-specific data.
  4. Click the AI Enhance button in the editor toolbar to have AI improve your draft copy.
  5. Optionally embed lead forms within the email body to capture new leads directly from your campaign.

Result: Your broadcast is fully configured and ready to send.

Tip: Use merge tags like {{CustomerName}} to personalize subject lines and body content. Personalized emails consistently achieve higher open and click-through rates.

Review the Send Log

After sending a broadcast, click the Send Log tab to view a detailed record of every email delivered. Each entry shows the recipient, subject, send date, and delivery status. Use the send log to troubleshoot delivery issues for individual recipients.
